Appointments

In order to best accommodate the needs of your schedule and to maintain your hairstyle, we recommend that our clients book their upcoming appointments in advance. 

In the best consideration of our salon clients and our team of stylists, we respectfully ask that a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice be given for any appointment changes or cancellations. 

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your appointment.

No shows/No calls will be charged 100% of booked service.

Salon Service Policies

Pricing for our salon services is based on the experience and education of the individual stylist, along with the demands for their time. Feel free to click on their profiles to see their unique list of services. 

Service prices vary by stylist and start at the prices listed. If you are seeking a specific price point, we are more than happy to provide options for you within the services of our stylists.

Please note that our service pricing may increase based on additional time or amount of product required to accommodate very thick or long hair. All prices are subject to change and do not include gratuity.

In the instance you are not satisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon and we will redo the service. Our policy for a redo service is that you must call us within five (5) business days of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. We believe in transparency and strive to communicate clearly about our services and their expected outcomes prior to your appointment.

In the case that the original stylist has no time available, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another member of our team

We accept returns of unopened or defective products. We can either exchange the product for a new one or give you a refund (your choice). Salon merchandise may be returned for an exchange or salon credit. Hair brushes may not be returned due to health and sanitation code restrictions. Products may not be returned after 14 days from the purchase date. 

Cancellation Policy

CALL, TEXT, or EMAIL to request that any appointment changes or cancellations. Please do not respond to text reminders. We value your time and our teams' dedication and want to ensure the best experience for all our clients. In consideration of both our clients and our staff, we ask for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice for any adjustments to appointments. This time allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. Please be aware that appointments canceled within the 48-hour window will incur a 50% cancellation fee, based on the reserved service. Furthermore, no-shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a well-balanced schedule that benefits everyone. Your commitment to these guidelines contributes to the smooth functioning of our services.
